Our Returns & Refunds

Everything in our shop is made to order. We don’t keep stock — your item is produced just for you when you buy it. This keeps costs down and quality high.

Because of this we can’t take returns or exchanges for things like size, colour or change of mind. Please check product details and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We do guarantee your item will arrive in good condition. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or the wrong item was sent, email kevcravenstore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free replacement or refund your payment.

Orders go into production quickly so we’re usually unable to cancel or change them once placed. If you spot a mistake, get in touch straight away and we’ll try to help.
